Around 1600 Johannes Kepler – known for the Kepler Laws of the movements of planets – discovered the relationship between the Fibonacci numbers and the golden section. He observed that the relationship between a number in the Fibonacci sequence and the previous number more and more closely approaches the irrational number Φ ((phi)) the longer the sequence is continued. Just as a sunflower grows and thrives, so, too, growth and success are experienced by people when they recognise and make use of their talents. No matter whether he or she is a dancer, an artist, a businessman or a scientist: whoever is aware of what he enjoys doing and can do well will be successful, and success will always result in new success.
